We are already in the process of developing the next phase of Industrial Park Nova. Phase 2, comprising approximately 1 million m² of commercial land, is expected to be fully planned and ready for sale by the end of 2027.

The area in Industrial Park Nova has been prepared for development. This means that roads, water, electricity, and sewer infrastructure have been brought to the site. As a buyer, in addition to the purchase price of the plot, you must cover a number of costs associated with any subsequent construction, for example wastewater connection fees.

Archaeology and soil investigations
Preliminary archaeological surveys and a geotechnical soil investigation have been carried out for all areas. The soil investigation can be provided upon request.
Please note that the soil investigation only describes conditions at the specific sampling points. This means that different soil conditions may exist in other parts of the site. We therefore recommend an additional geotechnical investigation tailored to the buyer’s specific construction project.
