Useful information
Industrial Park Nova is an attractive and well-located industrial area situated by the E45 motorway and exit 55. The industrial park offers opportunities for highly visible locations directly facing the motorway. The areas further back in the site are slightly undulating and are also visible to all southbound traffic.
The area is therefore well suited for manufacturing companies seeking a visible location and good infrastructure close to the E45 motorway and the main road network.
Targeted at manufacturing companies
Industrial Park Nova is aimed at many types of manufacturing companies, including, for example, general automated production, food and biosolutions production, as well as technology manufacturing for defence and aviation.
The area in Industrial Park Nova has been prepared for development. This means that roads, water, electricity, and sewer infrastructure have been brought to the site. As a buyer, in addition to the purchase price of the plot, you must cover a number of costs associated with any subsequent construction, for example wastewater connection fees.

Archaeology and soil investigations
Preliminary archaeological surveys and a geotechnical soil investigation have been carried out for all areas. The soil investigation can be provided upon request.
Please note that the soil investigation only describes conditions at the specific sampling points. This means that different soil conditions may exist in other parts of the site. We therefore recommend an additional geotechnical investigation tailored to the buyer’s specific construction project.
